I have received an amazing response to my email newsletters that I started sending to family and friends about 2 months ago. Many of their friends and co-workers have been asked to be added to the distribution list, but instead of having to get people's emails and go through that whole process... I wanted to create a main page for everyone! Thanks so much to everyone who is spreading the word about health & happiness, and I hope to get this blog up and running as soon as possible so everyone can post comments, ideas, recipes, thoughts, etc.
